Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland Paris Refurbishment Photos from March 9th, 2023

Hi everyone!

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disneyland Paris is undergoing a refurbishment this month, with a scheduled reopening date of April 1st, 2023 (hopefully the date will stick, with all the rain that is happening now). We arrived to Disneyland Paris yesterday and I took some photos of the work going on.

It rained quite a bit yesterday, but there were several areas where workers were out.

There was a sign put up a few days ago for the current closure of Big Thunder Mountain.

Walls are up on both sides of the walkway here. Fuente del Oro Restaurante is also temporarily closed, so there are walls on that side too.

The front of Big Thunder Mountain is quiet.

There is a canopy here.

Workers are at the stairway.

    

Work was also happening up in this location.
