Cinderella Carousel at Hong Kong Disneyland Back with Refreshed Colors, Two New Lead Horses

The Cinderella Carousel at Hong Kong Disneyland is now back with refreshed colors as well as two new lead horses. Disney says, “The horses are inspired by Disney Princes, Princesses and Queens and sharp-eyed guests may also pick out Tinker Bell’s silhouette forming a star motif on the harness of the Princess Lead Horse.”

Climb aboard an ornate carousel horse and gallop through a whirling backdrop of color and sound.

Make your way beneath a vibrant medieval tent and select one of 60 wood-carved white steeds—or 2 intricately carved chariots. Bedecked in hand-painted pastel and jewel tones, each magnificent horse is posed in a fanciful galloping position. Hop atop your charger and prepare yourself for a royal ride.

Test Your Horsemanship
As a classic Disney melody echoes from an old-fashioned organ, parade up and down in a gentle counter-clockwise direction atop your majestic horse. Spin around and around and feel a cool breeze brush across your face as you view a menagerie of Fantasyland attractions in the not-too-far-off distance—including Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Command your prancing horse as the prince or princess of your very own fairytale by day or embark on a journey at night, basking in the magical glow of the carousel’s 3,328 shimmering lights.
