EPCOT International Gateway Holiday Window Displays Feature Goofy, Donald and Nephews Celebrating Candlelight Processional

Hi everyone!

EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays kicked off yesterday, and again the International Gateway is the setting of some beautiful window displays! The World Traveler shop features Goofy and Donald, along with Huey, Dewey and Louie in the Candlelight Processional. Mickey, Minnie and Pluto are dressed in their holiday finest in two other windows.

Here are photos from yesterday!

Goofy and Donald are dressed in green, which is what Cast Members wear in the Candlelight Processional.

They each hold candles as part of the choir.

The backdrop that has a stained glass look to the design.

Each wear a green collar over their robe.

A poinsettia plant is at Goofy’s feet.

In a nearby window, Huey, Dewey and Louie hold their candles. The gold robes are for visiting high school choirs. The trio hold candles in the choir.

They wear gold collars over their robes.

The window is also decorated with poinsettias. These are really gorgeous windows! Now on to Mickey, Minnie and Pluto.

Mickey and Pluto are dressed for the holiday season. Mickey wears what looks like a festive plaid suit, and Pluto a scarf.

Mickey also has a dark vest.

Minnie also wears plaid/tartan, her dress and bow matching.

 

Other windows at World Traveler feature Christmas trees and presents with windows celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World, which ends on March 31st, 2023.

 

The World Traveler shop is located at the International Gateway, in between France and the United Kingdom in World Showcase.

I love the Candlelight Processional theme this year to the International Gateway window displays!

There are other lovely window displays in the shops around World Showcase. We will check more of them out after dark next weekend.
