Night of a Million Lights Won’t Return to Give Kids the World Village in 2022
Hi everyone!
Night of a Million Lights will not be returning to Give Kids the World Village in 2022 (or later). The extremely popular light display began in 2020 when Give Kids the World was closed to guests, returning in 2021 on a smaller scale. Now, Give Kids the World Village is operating at full capacity, and the village says “To remain focused on our mission to create life-changing experiences for wish families, we’ve decided to discontinue hosting Night of a Million Lights at the Village”.
We’re overjoyed that GKTW is back to operating at full capacity! To remain focused on our mission to create life-changing experiences for wish families, we’ve decided to discontinue hosting Night of a Million Lights at the Village. Thanks to everyone who made the event possible! pic.twitter.com/1NVbOxaDiY

I am so glad we were able to enjoy Night of a Million Lights on a number of occasions (we even spent Christmas night 2020 at the event). It’s also nice to hear that the village is at full capacity for wish families. Here is our video of Night of a Million Lights from 2020.
Give Kids The World Village is an 89-acre, nonprofit “storybook” resort in Central Florida. Children with critical illnesses and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free vacations.
