Disneyland Hotel Paris Renovation Photos from June 16th, 2022
Hi everyone!
Our friend Martin Smith (from the popular MartinsVidsDotNet on YouTube) is at Disneyland Paris right now and sent some photos of the Disneyland Hotel as it is being renovated. The hotel is receiving a royal transformation, with a lot of roof work and painting visible. Here are photos from today!
There are quite a few cranes at the front of the hotel. A couple of workers were at the roof near the iconic Mickey clock, and others are painting and doing other work.
In front of the hotel is the Mickey planter, themed to Pride Month for June.
Here are a few closer photos of the roof.
From Disneyland Paris last year: The elegant Victorian architecture that guests have come to know when approaching Disneyland Park will remain, while the Disney magic that guests love will be enhanced. The Disneyland Hotel will be infused with a royal theme and become the true kingdom of many favorite Disney Princesses and Princes, from classics like Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty, but also recent hits Frozen and Tangled. Guest public areas will be reimagined to pay homage to these beloved films and their characters, while all hotel rooms and suites will be entirely rethemed to offer the most immersive experience. Expect refined, creative décor and magical touches that will surprise the whole family, as only Disney can do.
There is no date set for the reopening. The work started after Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel opened last year. After seeing the results of that sleek transformation and the beautiful results of the Sleeping Beauty Castle refurbishment, I look forward to seeing what the Disneyland Hotel will look like when complete.
