The Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World shared a look at its life-size gingerbread house created by Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber and the pastry team. Read below for more information on this beautiful creation with the photos provided by the Four Seasons Resort Orlando!

The life-size gingerbread house at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort features gingerbread men, candy canes, lollipops, peppermint swirls, wreaths, Christmas trees, a Santa and more, created by Rabii Saber, Executive Pastry Chef, and team. Saber was a 2019 James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef. This display features:

300 pounds of gingerbread
240 pounds of royal (sugar) icing
180 pounds of fondant
320 hours of work (from the team to make it)

A giant Christmas tree is stationed in the center of the @ FSOrlando lobby by the Resort grand staircase, and the Resort’s palm trees throughout the front drive entrance and back main palm pathway are illuminated in white lights.
