SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival 2021 Overview from Friday
Hi everyone!
We were invited to SeaWorld Orlando to sample food and beverage items from SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival, which features more than 100 craft brews, wines, seltzers and cocktails. There are also more than 20 food items. SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival is a pretty quick one-month event, running on weekends (Friday through Sunday, plus Labor Day) from August 13th, 2021 – September 12th, 2021. There is also a new Craft Beer Festival Dinner Series. Here is a look at our experience on Friday!
There are booths set up all over SeaWorld. This booth includes Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Guests can purchase items individually but the best way to enjoy any SeaWorld Festival is with a sample lanyard. The Craft Beer Sample Lanyard is available in 8 or 12 samples, Passholders receive a special lanyard offer. It really can be a great value.
The Beer & Cheese Stuffed Beef Slider was generously sized, included a pickle but I didn’t really taste any beer or cheese. I don’t drink beer (I am a wine/cocktail drinker) or eat much cheese so that was fine for me.
You can find menus on the SeaWorld site with where to find each item.
We had a sampling of drinks to try. Those included Jack Daniel’s flavored whiskey in cans. The apple flavor was the most popular at our table. I also tried the Woodchuck Pumpkin Hard Cider.
The Woodchuck Pumpkin Hard Cider has a very heavy flavor. I am still on the fence with it. I also drank a mango cocktail which was delicious.
My favorite food item was Honeyracha Buttermilk Fried Chicken. It is a simple dish but very tasty.
One of the more popular items at the event was the Smoked Brisket Macaroni & Cheese.
Jeff’s favorite food item was the Stout Glazed Tuna Lollipop.
For at least a few years now, there has been a Cheesecake Cone at various food events. Cheesecake in a cone is fantastic here – the cheesecake is pretty light and pairs perfectly with the cone.
Signs are up for Howl-O-Scream, which opens September 10th and runs through October 31st, 2021.
On the way out we passed by the Funky Buddha Brewery booth.
There is entertainment during the weekends. We plan to head back on Friday to see more of the event.
SeaWorld always does a great job with festivals. We were invited to the event but we are also longtime Passholders. All views are ours.
