Where to Find Characters at Disney After Hours Boo Bash
Hi everyone!
We attended the first Disney After Hours Boo Bash this week. My full overview is here, and today I wanted to share a look at where to find characters. Really, the bulk of characters are in the cavalcades, but there are also some distanced meets around the park. Here are the characters we found!
The Pooh characters were outside the Crystal Palace in their Halloween costumes. I prefer this meet and greet to the standard Fantasyland one because it was a lot quicker and you could see each character separately. Piglet was up first.
Eeyore poses with his hat.
Pooh is back in his bumble bee costume.
Tigger is dressed as a pirate.
Guests can have distanced photos taken (with their own cameras) as we did below.
Here is our video of the Winnie the Pooh group.
Speaking of Pirates, we found Pirate Goofy in Adventureland.
He interacts with guests from the stage.
At Pinocchio Village Haus, Foulfellow and Gideon wave to guests from above.
Chip as a pirate (there are a lot of pirates) and Dale as a vampire can be found in Frontierland, alternating sets with the Cadaver Dans.
Chip wears a purple pirate hat.
Madame Carlotta was into social distancing before it became a necessity. She talks with guests from outside the Haunted Mansion. Butler Broome and Renata had been out too but we did not see them.
I mentioned that a lot more characters can be found in the cavalcades. I won’t show every cavalcade character, but if you want to see Mickey and Minnie – this is where you will spot them. They are in Mickey’s Halloween Cavalcade.
Minnie looks like a princess.
Mickey looks dapper in his Halloween costume.

Donald and Daisy are in the procession.
Pluto is a lion.
The Disney Villains Halloween Cavalcade includes characters like the Queen of Hearts, Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook and Dr. Facilier.
The Evil Queen is on the back of the float.

Maleficent as a dragon returns in Malificent’s Fiery Prowl.

Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade features Jack, Sally and Oogie Boogie. The 50 for the Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary is behind them here on Cinderella Castle.
Here is our video of the cavalcade.
Sally is on the front of the float.
Oogie Boogie on the back.
We did a full 30+ minute show on Disney After Hours Boo Bash:
The Christmas version of Disney After Hours – Disney Very Merriest After Hours – is scheduled to have a lot more of what Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party normally does (Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks) and a higher ticket price to match. Hopefully there will be more characters around the park as well. The event will also be 4 hours instead of 3.
