Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Construction Photos from May 27th, 2021

Hi everyone!

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is scheduled to open this summer as part of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. I took some photos yesterday of the construction of the 14-story hotel that will feature 349 rooms and suites. The resort is taking reservations for September 1st and beyond, with the rooms total for the three hotels totaling over 2600 when it is complete.

I started out on the Walt Disney World BoardWalk taking a few photos from a distance.

There will be an exclusive rooftop space called Vue.

We also drove by the building. The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is located across from the Walt Disney World Swan and is walking distance to Epcot or Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Clouds are reflected on the building.

The front entrance has progressed since our last update.

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is also next to Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf.

With the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin being a major convention resort, the rooms and suites will be welcome! The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve will also feature a new signature Mediterranean restaurant, a grab and go cafe and more meeting space including 2 ballrooms.
