New Raptor Bravo Added to Universal’s Raptor Encounter at Islands of Adventure (Photos, Video)

Raptor Encounter at Universal’s Islands of Adventure has a new addition! Universal Orlando announced a few days back that Bravo would be greeting guests as the newest addition to the pack. Bravo joins Blue and the baby Velociraptors Sierra and Tango. We stopped by Raptor Encounter at the Jurrasic Park area of Islands of Adventure yesterday and have photos and video.

A permanent Raptor Encounter location was introduced about one year ago as the VelociCoaster was being built (the VelociCoaster is in soft opening mode and officially opens June 10th).

When we arrived, it was just a few minutes until the handler introduced Bravo. We didn’t expect to see Bravo so quickly, the Raptors do rotate around – when we arrived, the baby Raptor was about to leave and then Blue followed Bravo.
