City Works at Disney Springs Celebrates American Craft Beer Week May 10th – 16th with Beer Infused Dishes, More

City Works Eatery & Pour House at Disney Springs is celebrating American Craft Beer Week from May 10th – 16th next week with two limited time, beer-infused dishes, along with local “Backyard” beer flights and Bottlenectar beer specials. The two dishes are available only during American Craft Beer Week and can be paired with any of City Works’ 90 draft beers, of which 30% are local. City Works cooks their dishes mostly from scratch.

Here are the two special dishes:

Crispy Pork Belly – 14

Braised pork belly, cheddar green onion grits, roasted brussel sprouts, stout maple glaze    

Stout-braised Bison Sloppy Joes - 14

Milk stout-braised ground bison, cider mustard, pickled fennel and carrots, brioche bun    

City Works’ exclusive Bottlenectar beer will be $2 off throughout the week. Additionally, local beer lovers can enjoy City Works’ “Backyard” beer flight of Florida beers for $16.

City Works Eatery & Pour House is located on the West Side of Disney Springs. It is close to the M&M’s store and the Cirque du Soleil theater. City Works offers both indoor and outdoor seating (the latter on their expansive patio).
