Mr. & Mrs Easter Bunny Appear in Fun Distanced Character Experience at Magic Kingdom 2021

Hi everyone!

Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny were out today near Cinderella Castle in a distanced character experience where Mrs. Easter Bunny hunted for Easter eggs as the Easter Bunny placed (or threw) them on the ground. This is a fun alternative to a regular meet and greet, which isn’t happening yet to keep them socially distanced. This experience seemed to happen each hour for about 10 minutes but there is no set time posted. We have photos and video from today!

Here is our video, which shows an entire experience from arrival to departure.

Mrs. Easter Bunny looked like she was trying to find eggs.

While Mrs. Easter Bunny was turned away, he threw an egg to the ground.

She quickly found it!

She held the eggs close while finding them.

She picked up an orange egg here.

She then held onto it.

And added it to her basket.

Guests were really enjoying this character experience.

Mrs. Easter Bunny left first.

She brought her basket with her.

She gave a twirl.

She picked up her flowers.

And smelled them before heading out.

Mrs. Easter Bunny waved to guests before heading out.

The Easter Bunny was like, “Where are you going?”

He then turned his attention to the basket of eggs.

And he went to pick them up.

And he went his own way too.

I really enjoy the distanced character experiences/meet and greets, they actually allow for many more guests to enjoy the characters. It is nice to see some Easter in the Magic Kingdom this year and we will be back in the park on Easter Day as well.
