Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Construction Photos from March 21st, 2021

Hi everyone!

I took some photos of the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve construction from different locations yesterday. The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is scheduled to open this summer as part of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort complex. The 14-story hotel will feature 349 rooms and suites and is already taking reservations for September 1st and beyond. The rooms will bring the total for all three hotels to over 2600.

We were walking between Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot yesterday morning and took these over by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. It was a cloudy morning but this really gives an idea of what the hotel will look like as part of this area.

There will be a rooftop area called Vue for weddings and events. 

The new hotel is by Fantasia Gardens, which is about a 5 minute walk from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin – just across the street from the front entrances.

These photos I took from outside the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and then I have photos from the Disney Skyliner and then next to the upcoming hotel.

We rode the Disney Skyliner later on. The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve construction can be seen beyond the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and Disney’s Boardwalk Resort.

We also passed by the building later.

The entrance has really been taking shape.

The hotel can be seen beyond the Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf sign.

And we passed by it while heading out of Walt Disney World property.

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve can be booked now on the website!  While the resort is scheduled for completion sometime this summer, reservation availability begins from September 1st, 2021.
