Jiminy Cricket Greets Guests (Distanced) at Magic Kingdom for Holidays 2020 – Photos
Hi everyone!
Jiminy Cricket has been greeting guests in a distanced way from the Pinocchio Village Haus this season at the Magic Kingdom! His holiday accents include a red tie and the ribbon around his hat, with the addition of a sprig of holly. Any experiences at the Magic Kingdom like this have no scheduled time – but he was out quite a bit on the first day of the season. I first found him before we ordered lunch, and later we viewed him as we had our meal outside. Here are some photos! We will also have a video in the coming days.
Jiminy Cricket is now a relatively rare character to see in the parks, that wasn’t always the case. It was nice to see him out on the balcony of the counter service location.
Here is a look at the holly on his hat.
Distanced characters currently include the Country Bears, Chip & Dale, Buzz Lightyear and Santa Stitch along with Jiminy Cricket.
The restaurant has some decorations on the balcony to make his appearance more festive.
He pointed to his hat.
And then gave a few poses.
He also pointed out the decorations.
Keep an eye out for the various characters and experiences at the Magic Kingdom! I don’t know if Jiminy Cricket will be out every day, but there is always something going on – watch for Disney characters at the Crystal Palace, on top of the Main Street Train Station, in Frontierland around the Country Bear Jamboree and the Tomorrowland stage – not to mention all the cavalcades!
