Disney Park and Resort Photo Updates

TRON Construction Photos at the Magic Kingdom from September 2nd, 2020

Hi everyone!

I was in the Magic Kingdom yesterday morning and have some photos of the TRON coaster construction from several locations. It is nice to go to the parks and see the work ongoing at various projects each visit.

The first few photos are from the Astro Orbitor. I don’t normally ride it for photos but I took the first picture with the People Mover in the foreground and I thought it was a nice angle. The People Mover is currently closed until at least Halloween.

Some of the canopy can be seen here as well as the coaster track.

Two more photos from the Astro Orbitor.

I rode the Tomorrowland Speedway and the view from this location is about what it was last week.

The rest of my photos are from Storybook Circus. I look forward to when the Walt Disney World railroad is running again too.

Here is a look at the track with Space Mountain in the background.

It will be fun to have two E-Ticket coasters in Tomorrowland.

We took a look at the canopy last week as it is being installed.

Pieces of it are on the ground.

Here is a look from the Goofy’s Barnstormer queue.

We will be in the Magic Kingdom on the next two Tuesdays as more Halloween is added to the park (I have an article with Halloween windows and some merchandise). September 15th is the kickoff of the main Halloween offerings in the park, and we will be sharing all of that on Mousesteps along with more from TRON and other projects.
