Disney Shares New Health and Safety Procedures for Disney Springs Ahead of May 20th, 2020 Opening (Photos, Video)
Hi everyone!
Tomorrow (May 20th) is the day that Disney Springs will begin a phased reopening with over 40 shops and restaurants opening on the first day, and more coming on board in the coming week. The hours for Disney Springs will be . We do plan to be there tomorrow afternoon for a bit. Today, Disney shared photos and video to show what new health and safety procedures will look like.

There is signage up around Disney Springs telling guests to wear a face covering, wash hands and keep distance (among other things).
Next to the World of Disney are areas showing where not to stand – this is similar to Shanghai Disneyland, which just opened.
Directional arrows are used on the bridge in Town Center.

This is a lot of what what will be different at Disney Springs. Temperature checks, limited parking, reduced hours and more (though really the hours don’t seem too reduced).
I am hoping for a smooth reopening tomorrow and in the coming weeks. COVID-19 is going to be part of our daily life for the time being, and staying healthy is #1 while businesses get up and running.
