Remy Makes Topiary Debut at Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, Joining Beauty & Beast in France (Photos, Video)

Hi everyone!

Remy from the Disney-Pixar Film Ratatouille has made his debut at Epcot’s France pavilion. He is in what should be labeled soon as a garden made of ingredients for the French dish. The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival begins on March 4th, 2020 and it is my favorite time of year at Epcot – this is our 14th year sharing the festival! I arrived this morning at 9:00 a.m. to photograph the topiaries and enjoy breakfast at Les Halles Boulangerie (I always recommend it). Here are some photos and video of Remy from today, along with the returning Belle & Beast topiaries!

Here is our video and then photos.

Remy sits on a bed of cheese, holding a spoon in front of the maze.

I stopped for a baguette as I usually do, since Les Halles Boulangerie opens at 9:00am (and has for several years).

The plants to his side are probably the Ratatouille ingredients. We should see signage around the time the festival starts.

Remy is also near the upcoming expansion of France, which will include the imported France attraction Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. I look forward to riding it here as I enjoy it in France.

Here is a look at Remy from the back with the maze.

Remy’s feet stand on the cheese.

From the other side, you can see the France clock.

Beauty and Beast can be seen in the distance.

Now on to Belle and the Beast.

Belle received her updated features in 2017, giving her a more lifelike appearance. Beast also received a new look.

Belle and Beast have been in this location as well since 2017.

Belle has a dress created from Joseph’s Coat.

Close up on Belle.

Beast’s topiary look hasn’t been mentioned much but he has evolved a lot as well.

Here is one last look at Belle at Beast at the France pavilion.

We will be sharing much more from the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival as we get closer to opening day!
