Disney Shares Behind-the-Scenes Look at Creating “Epcot Forever” Music for Nighttime Show That Debuts October 1st, 2019

Hi everyone!

In just over a week, Epcot’s Illuminations: Reflections of Earth will end (on September 30th, 2019) and the new, temporary show Epcot Forever will take its place on October 1st. Disney says of Epcot Forever that it will be an all-new nighttime spectacular that takes guests on a journey through the years and into the future. The nighttime show will include fireworks, lighting, lasers, special effects kites, along with a musical score that any Epcot fan should be looking forward to. I will miss Illuminations. I was there for opening day and plan to be there for the final one as well as the opening of Epcot Forever.

Music in the nighttime spectacular will include “Magic Journeys”, “Tomorrow’s Child”, “Listen to the Land” and “One Little Spark”, all with new arrangements. The music was recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios, and vocals were by amazing performers in the Central Florida area.
