The Edison Offering Specially Priced Late Night Menu at Disney Springs

Hi everyone!

We were invited a couple of nights ago to preview late night menus at The Edison and Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs. The Edison is offering specialty priced food and drink items five nights per week while Enzo’s Hideaway is offering a dedicated menu (same prices as usual). There is no end date on the menus so I have no idea how long the prices will last at The Edison, but it is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area Monday through Thursday from 10p – 12a.

Here is a look at what to expect!

This is the menu for The Edison Late Night Hours, Monday-Thursday from 10p – 12a. There are three food items for $5.00, including the popular (and delicious) Clothesline Bacon. There is also a Bacon Cheeseburger and Philly Cheesesteak that come with the L. Burbank Hand Cut Fries (maybe my favorite fries at Walt Disney World). The bacon cheeseburger and Philly cheesesteak are smaller than their usual counterparts at The Edison but a really great price at $5.00. There is also beer, wine and five different cocktails for special prices.

The Bacon Cheeseburger is delicious and includes white cheddar and applewood smoked bacon.

We also had the Clothesline Bacon, which is a popular appetizer at The Edison that includes maple and black pepper.

We tried two of the cocktails – The Fluroscopy and Electric Lizard. With five cocktail options on the Late Night Menu, there is something for almost everyone. There is also a Happy Hour from Sunday through Thursday 3p -6p for drinks.

The Philly Cheesesteak is on a demi-baguette. Again, it is smaller than usual size but terrific with fries for $5.00.

We also tried one item that is not on the late night menu, it is new and offered all day – the Cherry Cheesecake Trifle. It is a nice addition to the dessert lineup at The Edison.

Over at Enzo’s Hideaway, there is a Late Night Menu at full price.

Here is a look at the menu.

The bartenders created two drinks for us – one a Limoncello Gimlet and the other a Luciano Spritz with proscecco and blood orange.

We had a beverage demonstration on each.

This was my favorite, the Luciano Spritz. It is a nice, lighter choice.

Here are both drinks side by side.

We tried a variety of meats and cheeses.

Thank you to The Edison and Enzo’s Hideaway for having us out! We do dine at the complex fairly regularly whether at Enzo’s Hideaway, Maria & Enzo’s, The Edison or Pizza Ponte. There are a lot of terrific options here whether for Late Night Dining, lunch or dinner.
