Book Review: “Spider-Man: Far From Home: Spider-Man Swings Through Europe!”
Hi everyone!
I received the book Spider-Man: Far From Home: Spider-Man Swings Through Europe! to review. This 32-page book is for kids, recommended for ages 4-7 and that seems the perfect range (7 is on the high end). The book is pretty simple as far as amount of text but kids can learn a little about new locations they’ve possibly not been to – Prague, London and Venice as Spider-Man travels through Europe. It will be released soon, on June 4th, 2019.

The description of Spider-Man: Far From Home: Spider-Man Swings Through Europe! is, “Swing alongside Spider-Man as he travels through Europe! Whether he’s riding in a gondola through the Venice canals or breaking out all his best moves to get a reaction from the Queen’s guard in London, Spider-Man is determined to have the best vacation ever”.
Peter Parker is on a school trip, and says that he loves traveling, but it can be tricky with a secret identity and hopes none of his friends spot him in his spider-suit (yet he wears it the whole book). The locations they go to aren’t always as well known, like not only do they go to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, but Piccadilly Circus as well.
The illustrations are fun and colorful, and kids will be able to pick out Spider-Man in the crowd on each page.
Spider-Man: Far From Home: Spider-Man Swings Through Europe! is a good introduction to Spider-Man for young readers. It is a pretty quick read and the illustrations have a timeless feel to them.
