City Works Eatery & Pour House at Disney Springs Opening Date Moved from Summer to Winter 2019
Hi everyone!
City Works Eatery & Pour House was announced last fall to be opening adjacent to the NBA Experience this summer in Disney Springs. It will be a 8,632 square foot sports bar and restaurant with three full-service bars across from the House of Blues. The signage last week still mentioned summer 2019, but now the same signs say winter 2019. When we were walking around Thursday evening, I noticed the change.
While walking past the Thursday prior, the signs still said summer.
The NBA Experience will be coming.
Here is the original press release from October 10th mentioning summer as well.
(ORLANDO, Fla.; Oct. 10, 2018)—Bottleneck Management proudly announces the addition of City Works to Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., in the summer of 2019. The lively eatery and pour house style restaurant, currently found in seven locations across the country, offers a massive draft selection of local, regional, and global craft brews with a constantly rotating draft list, complemented by classic American cuisine with chef-driven twists.
The 8,632 square foot restaurant at Disney Springs will offer a retail space, expansive seating, plenty of high-definition TVs – including a 165-inch screen – and a 1,767 square foot patio. The space will also exhibit three full-service bars, two of which allow for covered, open air dining along the patio.
City Works will be located in the Disney Springs West Side. An independent entrance and exit to the promenade will make it convenient for guests to stop in for a bite, watch a game or just to grab a beer to enjoy while they walk throughout Disney Springs. City Works will be the go-to spot for sports fans looking to enjoy craft beers, a delicious menu and a state-of-the-art, game-viewing experience.
