Disney’s BoardWalk Resort Gingerbread Display Features Itself Again this Year
Hi everyone!
Disney’s BoardWalk Resort again has a gingerbread display of itself – specifically of the BoardWalk Bakery, Flying Fish, Trattoria al Forno and then a wedding gazebo with Cinderella’s carriage. Here is a look at some details in the display!
The BoardWalk Bakery features the Fab 5.
Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto are all within it.
Chef Mickey looks like he’s been doing all the baking.
Donald Duck.
There is a Mickey cake in the back.
Here is the gazebo area. Cinderella’s coach can be seen.
Each of the trees added to the display have symbols that represent the area. Two rings and then doves are symbolic for weddings.
Next up, the ESPN Club with the hand holding a barbell.
The tree here is sports themed, with basketballs, baseballs and more.
Trattoria al Forno and Flying Fish are side by side.
The Flying Fish is a longtime signature restaurant at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort.
The tree here has fish and starfish.
Just like the real BoardWalk, there are seats. And below is a tiny hidden Mickey on the bench.
Next to the bakery, there are symbols in the tree like flour and measuring spoons.
This tree nearby has the Fab 5 on it.
This small wreath has gingerbread men and gumdrops.
I was there later in the evening when not many guests were around, which made for nice photos.
The display is pretty impressive as far as detail. There is gingerbread for sale during the day but I didn’t have a chance to photograph that yet.
I’ve already written about Disney’s Grand Floridian Gingerbread House, Disney’s Beach Club Gingerbread Carousel, the U.S. Capitol and Washington Monument Gingerbread at Epcot and the Christmas Village/Train Display at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. Keep watching for more of the holidays at Walt Disney World!
