Margaritaville Resort Orlando Announces Food & Beverage Menus for Resort that will Open in Early 2019

Hi everyone!

We had toured the construction of Margaritaville Resort Orlando earlier this year, and now it is getting closer to opening – scheduled for early 2019! Margaritaville Resort Orlando will be a mixed use property with eventually about 1000 vacation cottages, along with a hotel featuring 187 rooms, the 200,000 square foot Sunset Walk at Margaritaville Resort retail and dining area, a 12 acre water park and more. We were sent us a little information regarding four food and beverage venues within its resort! Here are the names and what they will offer. Updated 11/7 with more information on the restaurants from the website.

  • On Vacation Café – serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start your day with a cup of Margaritaville’s signature gourmet coffee and a bite. From bacon and eggs to prime rib — On Vacation serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual, family friendly setting.
  • Euphoria Bar & Grill – named after Jimmy Buffett’s boat, this fine-dining dinner option features an open-air kitchen. Witness culinary masters at work! Euphoria is an upscale evening option with an open-air kitchen and lively lounge. The perfect spot for both resort guests and locals seeking a laid-back luxe dining experience, Euphoria offers a wide selection of delectable seasonal favorites. Perfect for romantic dinners or small group gatherings.
  • Provisions – a grocery stop providing grab-and-go gourmet bites. On the run? Grab tasty sandwiches, wraps and salads, and cold beverages on the go.  Provisions has the power coffee drink and breakfast sandwich to kick-start your day. Half-caff, full-caff, double shot or skinny, we have your morning wake up, afternoon reviver and after-dinner cappuccino. Chilling at the pool; grab a quick sandwich, salad or snack to enjoy poolside.
  • The Salty Rim Bar & Grill – a pool-side bar and grill located next to a 10,000-square-foot-lagoon pool. Whet your appetite with hamburgers, hot dogs, and frosty margaritas at the poolside grill. Serving up food and beverage service daily, alongside a refreshing pool, welcoming lounge areas and ample space to enjoy breathtaking views. It’s the place to work on your suntan, kick back and relax with a frozen concoction or sneak in a nap.

All restaurants will be open to resort guests, Margaritaville Resort Orlando residents, Orlando visitors and locals – plus there will be other restaurant options including Rock & Brews at Sunset Walk.

I expect more information soon on Margaritaville Resort Orlando as it nears its grand opening – we don’t have a date yet but I can’t wait to see the progress since we toured it in March 2018!
