Paddlefish at Disney Springs to Host Rooftop Beer Dinner on November 16th, 2017

Hi everyone!

On November 16, 2017 at 6:30 p.m., Paddlefish will host their second rooftop dinner in partnership with Crooked Can Brewing. There will be a 5 course pairing dinner, and a souvenir Crooked Can pint glass will be included. The dinner costs $65.00 and includes tax and gratuity. Here is the 5 course pairing menu, it seems a very nice value for the event.

1ST COURSE
Oyster trio – shooter, mignonette, lemon & pepper
Pairing: Mr. Tractor Kolsch Style Ale

2ND COURSE
Steamed clams
Pairing: High Stepper American IPA

3RD COURSE
Shrimp & Chorico Gumbo
Pairing: McSwagger’s Own Amber Ale

4TH COURSE
Pork Two Ways – coffee dusted loin, stout braised Kurobuta belly
Pairing: Freedom Ride Stout

5TH COURSE
Spiced Apple Bread Pudding
Pairing: Domestic Bliss

In addition to the beer dinner on November 16th, Paddlefish will have a Thanksgiving turkey dinner on November 23rd,  $34 for adults and $17 for kids. It includes a traditional Southern herb roasted turkey breast, cornbread stuffing, brown butter mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, and pan gravy.
