Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground Gears up for Halloween with Campsite Decorations
Hi everyone!
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground is decked out for Halloween as resort guests continue to put up decorations for this weekend’s festivities. Sunday and Monday are the big Halloween days this year, with Disney’s Fort Wilderness Halloween Golf Cart Parade not on Halloween this year, but the day prior – on Sunday, October 30th at 5:00 p.m. This is one of my favorite Halloween events of the season! I can’t believe Christmas kicks off at Walt Disney World just a couple of days later. Here is a look at some of the displays.
The Meadows Trading Post has its own Halloween display outside.
Mickey Mouse changes themes during the year.
More pumpkins are set up inside the Meadows Trading Post.
Star Wars has become more of a theme at campsites in the past couple of years.
I like the Jack Skellington light post.
So much Mickey Mouse!
A dog bites the ankle of the person here, both as skeletons.

A Minion and Darth Vader stand side by side.

Green Bay Packers fans are here every year.

Cinderella’s Coach may not be available for her right now.
Hello Kitty is ready for Halloween.
Mickey x2.
Spider-Man.
The pirate ship is back as well, this one was very popular when we visited it a few weeks back! I’m not sure if the owners will want me to give their names (I will if they do), but it’s a fantastic display.

There are a variety of decorations at the campsite.
The RV is a pirate ship, with a pirate at the helm in front of it.
We will have more of this campsite in a later article.
