Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris Halloween Photos & Video – Decorations, Mickey’s Halloween Celebration, Villains and More!

We watched the Mickey’s Halloween Celebration cavalcade (La Celebration Halloween de Mickey) many times – it is shown 3 times per day, and is a lot of fun. The Cast Member below is parade control and dances up a storm!

We photographed from 3 different locations on the first day. We had great weather for most of our trip, until a couple of days before we left. Blue skies and temperatures in the 70’s as a high!

Daisy Duck is the Harvest Queen for Mickey’s Halloween Celebration. This parade is more of an autumn parade than Halloween, and lightened the mood after meeting the villains.

Here is our video of Mickey’s Halloween Celebration!

There are a total of 3 parade floats, with characters and performers in between them.

Donald Duck joins Huey, Dewey and Louie on this float!

You can see the autumn influences throughout the float.

Scrooge McDuck is on the back of the float, spinning a pumpkin with a money symbol on it.

Scrooge seems very popular in Paris – he is here in America too, but we don’t have him in the parks very often (or often on merchandise either).

Performers with pumpkins heads hold wreaths above their heads.

The Pooh characters are up next.

Piglet sweeps the pavement.

Eeyore waves.

Pooh holds out his arms.

Pumpkin head performers.

Tigger pulls a wagon.

This is a new float for this year, called “Raise the Rafters”.

Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar join the Three Little Pigs.

A performer emerges from the tree.

Mickey and Minnie are surrounded by an autumn Cornucopia.

Chip, Dale and Clarice are on the back of the float.

Chip and Dale wear acorn hats.

Clarice sits on a swing.

Surprisingly, we didn’t end up meeting one character on Main Street. We have to remedy that next time! Characters like Minnie, Stitch and Marie were in their Halloween finest.

Stitch shares a set with Minnie, and this sign rotates (the characters often did the rotating, which was fun to watch).

Stitch in his Halloween costume.

There are two bands to enjoy, the Hallo-Swing Orchestra and The Disney’s Octoween Brass Band.

Minnie arrives, with the Cast Member pointing out a little girl who was dressed in the same costume.

Minnie hugged the little girl.

Winnie the Pooh and Marie share a set.

Pooh looks almost more like a bumble bee than a bat to me.

Goofy’s area is called “Bonbons Dingo”. I hadn’t remembered that they call Goofy “Dingo”.

Heading into Frontierland, there are many pumpkin scarecrows to pose with.

Cast Members were getting ready for Halloween on this day, just a day or two before it officially begain at Disneyland Paris. We were very impressed with the overall enthusiasm and friendliness of the Cast Members during our visit.

Two more pumpkin scarecrows.

Jack and Sally meet guests with Phantom Manor as a backdrop. Actually, there is an official backdrop, but Phantom Manor can be seen from a little farther back.

One of our many favorite Cast Members from the trip!

He even drew us a vampire Mickey Mouse with “Happy Halloween” on our map.

If you are a fan of water drawing with brooms on the sidewalk, he did that too – here is vampire Mickey!

The line for Jack and Sally never seemed to be more than 20 or so minutes when we were there. This is the nicely themed backdrop.

Zero the Ghost Dog.

Jeff tries his hand at being the Mayor!

Jack and Sally were delightful as they always are.

Here is our Jack and Sally video!

The sign for greeting Jack and Sally.

While we were waiting, Jack Skellington was drawn from water.

Adventureland isn’t themed for Halloween except in the Pirates of the Caribbean area. We love this pirate pumpkin display!

In this window, Cruella de Vil joins her puppies in the car.

We entered back into the park at night – there were several colors that changed, including red and green.

Lighting is used to great effect, including around the band shell.

Pluto and Goofy at night.

Visit the brambles in the evening, they look spooky – especially with the extra reflection. The weather had turned colder by now, with rain the last few days. But we did have a great time.

Clarabelle Cow at night. I wish I had the chance to get all the windows by night! For as many days as we stayed there, there was still so much to see and do.

We highly recommend Disneyland Paris for Halloween! We’ve heard that Christmas and Springtime are wonderful too.
