In Mousesteps Weekly #113, we talk about:
The new Downtown Disney Marketplace boat dock, which opened last week. It is located between Downtown Disney and Saratoga Springs, not far from the Marketplace bus stop. It offers transportation to Pleasure Island and the West Side, along with Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter. We also take a look at other construction around Downtown Disney as it becomes Disney Springs.
Next, we head to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and check out the new resort specific merchandise! Pioneer Hall is undergoing some work in advance of the 40th anniversary of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue.
At the Magic Kingdom, the People Mover has new colors – changing from blue to orange and red.
At Epcot, we took the Behind the Seeds Tour. It is a behind-the-scenes tour of the greenhouses at The Land, and costs $20. We recommend it!
Also at Epcot, Jeff takes us to Der Teddybar circa 1991, comparing the window and inside displays versus present day. Everything was so animated in 1991!
And at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Villains in Vogue is decorated with cobwebs and mummies for Halloween!
