MagicBands Available for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders

Hi everyone!

Walt Disney World Annual Passholder MagicBands became available starting a couple of weeks or so ago, we received ours this past weekend (we received our first MagicBands for a resort stay with a Cast Member in late July). We were surprised that a lot of Annual Passholders still don’t know that these can be ordered!

Neither of us received an email, we just went into our My Disney Experience account and ordered them. We were also asked for an unboxing video, you can see what is included in the box below.

Our first MagicBand video has passed 180,000 views – this is from early August, showing how MagicBands work. We actually use our Annual Passes now instead of the bands, it’s what I personally prefer. I’ve written several articles, including about our first testing experience.
The box is a nice souvenir, I like the Mickey hand instead of Incredibles theme!
