Spice Road Table Announced for Morocco Pavilion at Epcot – New Indoor/Outdoor Eatery
Disney officially announced today that Epcot's Morocco pavilion would be receiving a new waterfront eatery, Spice Road Table, by the end of 2013. The announcement wasn't a surprise; there have been changes already happening within the pavilion, including merchandise being sold inside the counter service location Tangeriene Cafe. We also noticed yesterday that the Mo'Rockin stage has been moved.
Few details were given, but the Disney Parks Blog stated that the new eatery would feature "small plates and refreshments inspired by the cuisine of the Mediterranean". Indoor and outdoor seating will be available, and more "enhancements" will be coming to the pavilion. Menus have not been finalized yet.
Here are some photos of the Morocco pavilion, the first copyright Disney – the rest are from our collection.

Morocco already offers the Tangierine Cafe for counter service and Restaurant Marrakesh as a table service location, the latter located well inside the pavilion. Certainly this location will be a more prominent one. Are you looking forward to Spice Road Table?
