7/15 Magic Kingdom Fantasyland Photo Update – Dumbo Queue, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Beast’s Castle
We received our "ticket" in the form of a pager. There is not only an indoor playground for kids, but ample seating for adults. There are times when I'd rather be seated in quiet than taking photos, and this was one of those times. It was a madhouse, with kids, music, and lights that drove me a little batty. It seemed that there were a lot of kids who really liked it, and Jeff overheard some who wanted to play instead of ride Dumbo when it was their time. Next time, I'll either want a FASTPASS or will sit in the back. It really is just a little too hectic for my liking, though I do appreciate the theming, air conditioning, seats and pager. When you see a wait time for Dumbo – like the 25 minutes we had – it includes playground time.
Here are photos of the interior, which includes slides and a "burning building". Dumbo flies overhead, with Timothy Mouse catching a ride on him.
The Firehouse Five Plus Two with Ward Kimball is honored here (as well as in the Casey Jr. Splash 'N Soak play area).
