7/2 Despicable Me Minion Mayhem Grand Opening at Universal Studios – Miranda Cosgrove, Dana Gaier

We moved to the riser as the Grand Opening ceremony started. Minions were ready to storm the carpet, as Gru, Margo, Agnes and Edith stood on the float. Miranda Cosgrove, Dana Gaier and Elsie Fisher waited for them to arrive, flanked by more minions.

 

 

Confetti and streamers rained down on the crowd.

We rode Despicable Me Minion Mayhem after the ceremony. I took a few photos that I didn't have a chance to get the other day.

I was so intent during our first visit of watching the main film in the 2nd pre-show room, I didn't realize how much fun was waiting on the smaller screens! It's hard to see everything in even one or two visits, which makes it a highly repeatable attraction.
