There is no swimming in any of the lakes at Walt Disney World (but not because of sharks!)
Cabanas 8B:
Our walk is still along the path that hugs the beach, although that will change when we are in the Ranchos area.
We are now veering off to the left for a non-timed stop at the Dig Site. In reality, this was the first location I photographed this day (except for a few early shots around the lake), to showcase it when nobody was in the pool.
Here are a few other early morning photos before we enter the Dig Site:
Dig Site:
The towering Mayan pyramid is 46 feet tall, with a 123 foot long Jaguar Water Slide. Each of the moderate resorts have great pool areas, but this one is – to me – is a cut above any of the others. The jacuzzi is big enough to mistake for a children’s pool!
