12/13 Magic Kingdom Christmas Tree, Mickey’s Christmas Carol Windows, LTT Holiday Display
Hi everyone!
I’ve already posted a few Christmas updates from around the Magic Kingdom, including of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Last week, the Christmas tree was put up, as was Mickey’s Christmas Carol in the Emporium windows and the holiday display inside the Liberty Tree Tavern!
I have a Denise’s Corner column which lists all of our Christmas updates from around Walt Disney World!
The Christmas tree is the same as previous years, with toy soldiers, toys and a train underneath it.
Mickey’s Christmas Carol is shown through the window displays at the Emporium on Main Street.
I am a big fan of Christmas displays made out of edible items, as those tend to change the most year after year. The Liberty Tree Tavern has a display again, and this one is of Boston Harbor during Revolutionary times. It is quite unique in that many of the buildings are made of Rice Krispies with gingerbread roofs, and one is even created from gum and Twizzlers! There is a gingerbread lighthouse and boats made from chocolate.

We were able to enjoy a third Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party last week, and I took a handful of photos during it.

I took this photo the next day, I really enjoy walking through the Rose Garden. I hope someday that Disney will go back to putting the Christmas tree there before the parade taping!
And I LOVE the Britto Jiminy Cricket (and other Disney Britto pieces!) I found this one at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
We’ll soon be sharing photos from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort for Christmas! We plan to photograph every resort and park this season.
