There were several kinds of beers available from Palm & Brooklyn Brewery:

The Cabana Bar and Beach Club served Pork Carnitas: Braised Pork, Sofrito, Pita, Pico De Gallo, Iceberg Lettuce. The Fountain offered Falafel: Chick Pea Fritter, Tahini, Traditional Garnish. Jeff thought the pork was good, but not as memorable as many of the other dishes. On the other hand, the Falafel Fritter was delightful, I wish I'd gone back for another! It's been a number of years since I've eaten at Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort's Fountain restaurant, but I may just go back for that dish.
