Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Photos 2011 – Great Food, Todd English and More!

We were told that we should meet Chef Laurent Branlard before he was too busy. Branlard created beautiful and tasty desserts for the event! If you've not heard of Chef Branlard, he designed the gorgeous – and enormous – Santa display at the Swan last year. We found out that this year's display should be twice the size!

Chef Todd English was represented twice – I already mentioned the lobster rolls, but Bluezoo also had a booth. There was an ice display that held "Shrimp Cocktail" Steamrollers – guests would shoot the shrimp into their mouths. There was cocktail sauce inside the shooter with the shrimp. Jeff enjoyed it, but said he'd prefer the shrimp cocktail on a plate instead of a shooter.
