2/13 Pleasure Island, Saratoga Springs Pool Rehab, Fairies at Epcot, MK Toontown and More

 

There was so much I wanted to photograph (and video) at Walt Disney World yesterday, so I left the house early and started at Saratoga Springs (for the pool rehab) and Downtown Disney (for Pleasure Island photos) before heading off to Epcot and the Magic Kingdom.

Mousesteps now has a Facebook page (it took long enough!) and we've been on Twitter since May.

Downtown Disney, where the Lego Imagination Center has been temporarily moved as the permanent store is expanded:

Downtown Disney hotels are visible from Pleasure Island now that the Rock & Roll Beach Club and Motion are gone.  I took a boat ride (and walked to Saratoga Springs) for better photos and video of the construction area, which you'll see on this update!  You can find the video here!

 

 

 

The AMC Downtown Disney has been undergoing a transformation – which should be completed when the new Dine-In Theaters are completed.  I already did an update when the concessions area changed and bar was added, it's pretty nice to have the theater I frequent adding so many great new features!  I did think the poster was interesting, the people in them look like they could use a drink or two:
