I really wanted to do a picnic at the Eiffel Tower, so finally I had the chance!  I picked up some food at the Monoprix, and met up with my friends at the monument.  I actually prefer to have a few of the Eiffel Tower than a view from the Eiffel Tower (so this trip, I didn't go up – but maybe again next time!)

Walking through the Latin Quarter, this restaurant we used to visit has closed (I'm not sure if they've possibly moved elsewhere).  The restaurant had such an interesting decor:

This was another day, a band that Steve and I enjoyed in September – fabulous!  I was running late to meet friends, and didn't have a chance to stop while they were playing.  Here they are packing up. 🙂  They must play every weekend, I was glad to see them again for a few minutes.

 

We headed towards Notre Dame – I've been many times now, it is such an incredible place!

 

And, for any Disney fans – a Hidden Mickey at Notre Dame!  My friends noticed it, I never did previously!
