Promenade Plantee’ Walk

Now, I'm heading to the Bastille area.  But not on the normal roads, I'll start out on Daumnesil, but then get to the Promenade Plante'.  The walking path actually goes down to the Bois de Vincennes park, but I won't be starting that far down (next time!)

 

I asked a very nice man on the street if he could point me out to the path, and it only took a couple of minutes from the above fountain.  The neat thing about the path, it goes through parks and above the streets in some areas…I love seeing Paris this way!

I'm not writing a lot between photos.  You'll see parks, and walkways – buildings and streets, it's an amazingly beautiful walk if you love parks and architecture.  If you want to know more about the Promenade Plante', you can find it on Google.  From the Bastille, I could have walked to any number of places – but I had to check work email (so the walk ends there).
