Part III – Downtown Disney/Saratoga Springs Walk
I am still on Pleasure Island (I didn’t want too many photos on one blog article – 50 is plenty!)
Motion is at the end of the hill – I used to go to this club when it was the Wildhorse Saloon (that must be 5 years ago now!):
If you are standing facing out from Motion, Raglan Road would be on your left. Did I mention they had great food and entertainment? At least I think so! That is the best part of Pleasure Island for me.
But I’m not going past Raglan Road again, but to the left of Motion now that the gates are open.
The gates:
I love the waterfront at Downtown Disney!:
Fultons:
The Portobello Yacht Club:
I had a wonderful and reasonably priced lunch here last year – a lovely surprise, I need to go back soon:
The walkway back to the Marketplace:
I stopped briefly at the World of Disney – they have a newer (from last year) place called the Bippidi Boppidi Boutique. I am not into princesses, but I know many little girls are. The Boutique makes little girls into princesses (they can get hair, nails, costumes, etc. – depending on what you want done and are wanting to spend). It’s very popular!:
I walked back to Saratoga Springs, and went on the relatively short nature path:
I came out of the path, with this villa on the left:
I don’t have time to make each picture a work of art – but when I can use flowers to add a splash of color, I like to do that (even when I have to get on the ground!:
Continuing to walk:
Crossing towards the Congress Park bus stop:
And passing it:
There were plenty of flowers around Saratoga Springs:
Then onto an interior walkway, I really like this area:
The walkway is shared with surrey bikes:
I actually did a few walks around the resort, so I’m splicing the photos together a little. There is a lot of good walking to be done!:
I am heading toward a bridge here:
Behind me:
I went to the main area – actually, two or three times, so here are some walk photos from there:
The Artist’s Palette counter service restaurant:
The main pool area:
My favorite fitness center on Disney property – I used to be a local member when it was the Disney Institute:
Surrey rentals:
There is so much activity around Saratoga Springs! That is it for the 3 parts (for now, anyway). 🙂
